Dietchi and Sylvia were wonderful! We were new to the area and weren’t sure whether we were going to rent or buy. The company relocating us gave us 2 different realtors. We'd like to keep it short, but when selling a house the details are important. I'd give them 5-stars. If that's what you're looking for jump off here. To know why, keep reading. Availability: We're sensitive to response time. We worked with them from August to December and consistently had prompt response time. There was always someone there to facilitate communication and decision making. Even though we were local, most docs were e-signed and I only visited the office to pickup a check. Presentation: The photographer used wide angle views and HDR photography to give a full complete view of the room and really showed the details and colors we added. These photos really motivated the buyer. Description- They have a writer; she just “got us”. She was able to write out the special details we added. Staging- Staging was light and showed what the house offered. It was much better than houses at higher sales prices. It was a hot market, but there's no way seller would have bid up the price sight unseen without a compelling presentation. Dealing with the buyer: Military Family Reality/Dietchi was on our side 100%. Dietchi stuck to the contract no matter what. You will find some aggressive buyers that will offer incentives to get the house under contract and then walk the incentives back and then shift expenses, fees etc over to the buyer. Dietchi held them to the contract even if that meant relisting.

Recently we sold a home that my children's father lived in before he passed away. Sellers and Agent seem to be abusing the Seller Disclosure Form and the Due Diligence period causing financial loss to potential buyers. I filed a FORMAL COMPLAINT with the Realtor Association in NC - now UNDER INVESTIGATION. I see this Agent deleted her Yelp Reviews and started a new, one so my complaint would disappear. The Agent listed a property, and in the description, the stated that the HVAC unit was replaced within the last 2 years (statement now removed). The inspection found the HVAC to be 26 years old. Seller entered "no representation" on the disclosure form. I requested confirmation on HVAC age again before we agreed on purchase price, agent confirmed with seller. Also, seller mentioned nothing about termite damage at time of negotiations, however after inspection found structural damage and we found an email from the agent indicating she and sellers were aware prior to filling out that form. I spent $1,360.00 on inspections and the lender appraisal. I would not have agreed to their initial price had I known about these undisclosed repairs of over $20,000.00. We acted in good faith and believed, at the time that the seller and their Agent were being honest and forthcoming.
